Benjamin D. Overby has become a Shareholder and Principal in the Law Firm of Vernon, Vernon, Wooten, Brown, Andrews & Garrett, P.A. in Burlington. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science in 1996 from the University of North Carolina and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 1999.
He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Alamance County Bar Association. He is also a member of Grove Park Baptist Church and a board member of the Burlington Parks and Recreation Department. Ben, his wife, Katie, and their three sons, reside in Burlington. His practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of General Civil Practice, Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation.
