Andrews, was elected to serve a three-year term (2011 &ndash; 2013) on the Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  Mr. Andrews has been active in the Chamber, currently serving as Co-Chairman of the Chamber&rsquo;s Education Council and having frequently served as a member and/or Chairman of various local, state and federal government legislative action committees.  Jeffrey Andrews has previously served on the Chamber Board of Directors where he was recognized as the 2001 Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce Director of the Year.</p> <p>Mr. Andrews is a principal in the Burlington law firm of Vernon, Vernon, Wooten, Brown, Andrews &amp; Garrett, P.A.     <description><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://vernonlaw.com/files/shared/march%20of%20dimes.png" alt="" />&nbsp;</p><p>On Saturday, April 9, 2011, the Vernon Law Firm continued their tradition of participating in Alamance County&#39;s annual March of Dimes March for Babies held at the Tanger Outlets in Mebane. </p>  <p>Wearing t-shirts specially designed by Vernon Law, a group of our employees and their families joined in the walk helping to raise money in support of stronger, healthier babies. </p>  <p>When you walk in March for Babies, you give hope to the more than half a million babies born too soon each year. The money you raise supports programs in your community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. And it funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies.</p>    ]]></description>
